I am drawn to the timeless tradition of painting still lifes as a means of capturing the beauty and complexity of everyday objects. My work is centered around the exploration of interesting edges, values, composition, light and shadow.  I aim to create a visual experience that invites the viewer to appreciate the subtle details and unique qualities of each subject.
